Because the designer of this wall used NO filter cloth.

The hole was big enough to put a truck into it.

This building was flooded with
 6'' of water! From the parking lot above.

Landmasters always uses a filter cloth, to keep dirt from making a uncontrolable hole in wall.

This tie wall had a total of more than 6,000 ties
We call it our PYRAMID

This wall gave the owner of the property a additional 1/2 acre of ground that was used for added parking of company trucks.
IT INCREASED THE VALUE OF THEIR PROPERTY!
